Job Posting: Maintenance Person

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Filtering oil fryers daily
-Maintaining outside grounds
-Cleaning equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
-Unloading delivery truck two - three times a week
-Taking out and emptying trash compactor
-Changing light bulbs
-Cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Have a positive attitude
-Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
-Work as a member of a team
-Manage Time effectively
-Must be 18 years of Age
-Experience performing routine maintenance.
-Strong organizational and follow up skills.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This position can be physically demanding. The employee may be required to stand for extended periods of time, lift objects up to 30 lbs on a regular basis.
