M&D also stocks a complete assortment of turbos (new and remanufactured), inframe overhaul kits, filtration and aftertreatment parts including DPFs, DOCs, EGRs, sensors and other engine parts.

Position Summary:

The Pressure Tester plays a critical role in the remanufacturing process by ensuring the integrity of cylinder heads. This role detects leaks, makes repairs, and verifies that parts meet quality standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Pressurize cylinder heads with air
• Detect any leaks
• Repair leaks on cylinder heads
• Install valve seat inserts
• Perform work with air tools
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

• Highest attention to detail
• Mechanical aptitude
• Good communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screening.
• Fosters good coworker citizenship and contributes to a positive work environment.
