As a PR/Partnerships Manager, you will lead efforts to build and maintain a positive public image for the organization while fostering strategic partnerships that drive growth and enhance brand visibility. You will develop PR campaigns, manage media relations, and identify collaboration opportunities with partners that align with the company’s goals. You will also, manage mega exhibitions and real estate events.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance the organization’s public image.

• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers in Saudi.

• Orchestrate and execute a PR calendar that includes exhibitions and real estate events

• Draft press releases, media kits, and other communication materials.

• Monitor media coverage and manage the organization’s reputation.

• Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with government bodies and top tier companies to drive business objectives.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment in messaging and branding.

• Plan and execute events, sponsorships, and campaigns to support partnerships.

• Track and analyze the impact of PR campaigns and partnerships, providing performance reports.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

• Act as a spokesperson or media liaison when necessary, ensuring consistent messaging.

• Organize media briefing for company executives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in PR, partnerships, or related roles.

• Proven success in developing and executing PR campaigns and building partnerships.

• Strong understanding of PR strategies, media relations, and partnership development.

• Familiarity with event planning, sponsorships, and brand activations.

• Knowledge of tools for tracking PR impact and partnership performance (e.g., Meltwater, Cision).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.

• Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.

• Proficiency in using tools like CRM platforms and media monitoring software.

• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.

• Creative thinking with the ability to craft compelling stories and campaigns.
