- Run injection molding machines by following documented work instructions and supervisor guidance.
- Visually inspect molded parts for quality and cosmetic standards; separate defects.
- Escalate defects or machine issues to technicians, lead operators, or supervisors quickly.
- Assist with related tasks: annealing parts, boxing/bagging product, and covering teammates’ breaks.
- Keep your area organized and safe—clean as you go.
- Pass along shift notes, special directions, and updates to keep production smooth across teams.

Physical requirements
- Standing, reaching, bending, and material handling throughout the shift.
- Lift/move up to 25 lbs on occasion.
- Good close-up vision with the ability to distinguish colors for inspection.
Environment you can expect
- Busy production area near machinery.
- Moderate noise, heat, and airborne particles.
Safety training and PPE are provided.
