Feed plastic pellets into hopper of one or multiple molding machines. Injection molding operator also remove finished product and cut-away excess material, using knife or others hand tools. Process completed part and satisfactory pack for shipment and perform other related duties as required. Following safety procedures to protect themselves and coworkers from injury. Good mechanical abilities related to machinery and molds Use of precision measuring equipment: micrometers, calipers, comparator, vision system Ensure consistent quality components are produced that meet customer expectations. Ensure proper equipment operation and preventative maintenance schedules are performed. Track and monitor key performance indicators and take corrective action when necessary. Compliance to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all documented procedures in the Quality Management System. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required. Involvement in our continuous Improvement and safety initiatives Clean the machine and surrounding work areas to ensure the housekeeping and safety of the plant. Operate machine as assigned and assist co-workers at another workstation as needed. Perform any secondary process. Perform rework as necessary. Clean work area during the shift or at the end of the shift Follow all safety Policies and procedures. All other duties and responsibilities as assigned in support of the company's operations.
