Overview
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Packers to join our dynamic team. As a Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are packaged accurately and efficiently for shipment. This position requires a commitment to quality and safety, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Carefully pack products into boxes or containers according to specifications.
• Inspect products for quality assurance before packaging.
• Label packages accurately and ensure they are ready for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Report any discrepancies or issues with products or packaging materials to supervisors.

Skills

• You must have at least 1 year of warehouse order picker/packer experience , and the use of a barcode scanner/order picking handheld device is a plus.
• MUST BE ABLE TO STAND ON FEET ENTIRE SHIFT
• Must be able to read small letters/numbers at arm's length from a small computer screen as well as from printed labels (fine print). The ability to read small print is a must.
• Must efficiently read and pick items using alpha and numeric characters plus SKU descriptions. Additionally, you need to accurately verify each order item against its size and quantity to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Must be flexible during the day as our pick/pack needs vary by customer by day. Will be cross-trained in multiple areas.
• Can navigate an online shipping system to serve as customer leads in the warehouse

Shift Details

• Timing: Monday - Thursday, 6AM -4:30PM - Four 10 Hour Days
• Pay Rate: $15
• Location: Largo/Seminole
