PINN, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for an Industrial Rehab Physical Therapist to join our team in Puyallup, WA. Join a busy clinic seeing 300 visits per week! The clinic is staffed by 2 Physical Therapists, 2 Physical Therapy Assistants, 1 Occupational Therapist and 3 part-time massage therapists. The PINN brand offers Industrial Rehabilitation, specializing in return-to-work programs and getting patients back to pre-injury status. We are located in an oversized warehouse, perfect for recreating patients day to day work functions and promoting collaboration between specialties (PT/OT/LMT). What makes someone a fit? • Excel at providing specialized evaluations and evidence-based treatment based on patient specific needs • Create Work Conditioning and Work Hardening programs to get patients back to work, quicker • Ability to connect interpersonally with patients, and clinical team within your organization • Drive to deliver the highest quality care and meet our standards of clinical excellence • Understand and live the company’s mission, vision, values and operational standards • Eager to continually learn through professional growth opportunities Qualifications • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program • Current or pending state licensure Why Upstream?
