Job Description
Key Requirements and Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers and offer advice on pest control solutions
• Operate and maintain company vehicle safely
• Perform inspections for pests, pest harborage, and pest entryways
• Utilize handheld device while in the field
• Determine, recommend, and provide required pest management services.
• Inform customers on how to reduce pest pressures through proper sanitation, storage, and landscaping.
• Prepare written reports for customers, and explain services provided when possible.
• Operate and maintain service vehicle, and other service equipment per government, and company guidelines.
• Utilize, secure, and store products and materials in strict accordance with labels, and government and company guidelines.
• Up-sell customers when appropriate, and/or refer sales opportunities to supervisor, and support sales efforts as much as possible.
• Document service activities as required, and complete and submit paperwork as directed.
• Maintain licenses, certifications, and/or registrations as required, and participate in company training as directed.
• Ensure required equipment, products, and materials are on service vehicles to perform scheduled services.
• Climb ladders up to 24ft
Must be a team player, willing to learn the industry, and build customer relationships. Technicians typically start between the hours of 6am-8am.
Work Schedule: Hours can very Monday thru Friday, with occasional Saturdays .
Compensation: Strong hourly wage, health insurance, retirement plan, paid holidays, paid time off, flexible scheduling
Work Experience: 2+ years of work experience preferred

• A valid driver’s license
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or general education degree
• NO pest control experience is necessary!
• Qualified candidates must also have a good driving record and successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
