Functional role : Payroll Specialist
4 month contract role
near Brier Creek
Work Hours: normal 8-5, some flexibility
Remote/in office expectations: in office (can work from home one day)
Help with Processing biweekly payroll in Workday for 1700 employees, answering employee payroll questions, auditing biweekly payroll, reviewing time/ pay, running reports and forwarding to the manager (or employee depending on request), auditing time in Excel, and inquiring when something looks off- able to understand payroll enough to recognize when something doesn’t seem right and taking initiative to research and resolve
Technical Skills: Workday is HIGHLY preferred
