We have an Oil & Gas client seeking to hire a Workday Payroll Consultant based remotely to lead the full-cycle implementation of Workday US Payroll, including configuration, testing, and go-live support, while ensuring compliance and collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners.

• Work Schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday
• Work Type: W2 Contract
• Estimated Duration: 6–12 months
• Rate: Hourly
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship or visa.

What You'll Do:

• Support the full Workday Payroll implementation lifecycle: design, testing, and go-live.
• Collaborate with internal teams and implementation partners to manage payroll deliverables.
• Participate in payroll design sessions and provide best-practice guidance.
• Develop and execute testing scripts for unit, E2E, and parallel payroll testing.
• Validate payroll results including taxes, deductions, and time integrations.
• Contribute to training and knowledge transfer efforts for internal staff.
• Support go-live readiness and post-launch troubleshooting.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of hands-on U.S. payroll experience.
• 2+ years working with Workday Payroll (must have).
• Experience with end-to-end Workday Payroll implementations .
• Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll compliance and taxation.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Accounting, or related field preferred.
