We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join us as a Permanent Patient Care Coordinator in the medical industry. This is a temporary position with the potential to transition into a permanent role. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of patient care, including scheduling, record keeping, and communication with medical staff. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of our patient care services and requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of patient care, including scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and communicating with medical staff.
- Act as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring that they receive the highest level of care and service.
- Work closely with medical staff to ensure that patient care plans are implemented effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring that all relevant information is readily available for medical staff.
- Communicate effectively with patients, family members, and medical staff, providing updates and information as needed.
- Assist with the development and implementation of patient care policies and procedures, ensuring that they meet industry standards and regulations.
- Participate in regular meetings and discussions with medical staff, providing input and suggestions to improve patient care services.
- Handle any patient care issues or concerns that arise, working closely with medical staff to resolve them quickly and effectively.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 years of experience in a patient care coordination role or similar.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, family members, and medical staff.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, with a focus on maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- A strong understanding of patient care procedures and regulations in the manufacturing industry.
- A proactive approach, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- A commitment to providing the highest level of patient care and service.
