It's time for you to be recognized. Our Paramus Honda is looking for a Parts Manager that wants to continue to grow with us! We are looking for a motivated individual with a strong work ethic to lead our Parts Department.

The right candidate will be able to accomplish their objectives using proper purchasing procedures, inventory control, staff utilization, security, and pricing, while upholding the highest ethical standards.

Parts Managerial experience required. Honda Parts Managerial experience preferred. Will also train a strong lead counterperson looking to take the next step in their career.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Ensure CSI rating is maintained at the highest level possible
• Parts inventory control
• Hires, trains, and motivates parts department staff
• Monitors and adjusts inventory
• Honda experience a plus

Est. Annual Earnings ranges from $120,000.00-$150,000.00
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge/bonus/commission, location, etc.
