As a BoxLunch Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 1, you’ll play a vital role in our success by supporting the store leadership team in providing an excellent customer experience, ensuring fans can access the merchandise they love. You’ll leverage your fandom knowledge to train new recruits, support daily operations, and help meet sales targets. What You'll Do Provide an engaging shopping experience that encourages repeat visits, showcasing your product knowledge and customer service skills. Step in and provide leadership support on the sales floor when needed. Assist with opening and closing the store as required. Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote add-on sales using benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Communicate shortages or overages to your Store Manager. Understand store sales plans, goals, and key KPIs such as UPT and ADT. Assist with planogram changes, including store layout and merchandising. Communicate fashion trend information to management and HQ partners. Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry. Help maintain organized stock rooms and a tidy store environment. Contribute to building a passionate, collaborative team to run your store. Perform other activities as assigned by your Store Leader. What You'll Need At least 1 year of retail experience; passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus! Strong skills in communication, time management, professionalism, and operations. Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or GED. Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
