What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Draft, review, and edit contracts, including various legal documents Collaborate with operations leaders to finalize contract terms Draft legal notices such as contract termination letters and demand letters Manage client power of attorney library and maintain an electronic library of executed agreements Educate operations leaders on contractual rights and obligations What is Required (Qualifications) Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in a legal or paralegal role Completion of a paralegal program and paralegal certification Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Strong knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to corporations Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) College degree preferred Intermediate research and summation skills Strong PC skills and contract knowledge Ability to perform varied and complex work with limited responsibility #MortgageServicing #LegalSupport #CareerOpportunity #DiversityAndInclusion #RemoteWork We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
