Full-Time | Monday 8 AM 5 PM, Saturday 7 AM 1 PM
Pay: $18.00 $28.00 per hour, based on experience

About the Role
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Outdoor Power Equipment Manager to lead our parts department and support our busy service operation. This is a full-time leadership role ideal for someone with a strong background in outdoor equipment parts and a passion for delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to walk-in trade customers and our service department.
• Order, receive, and maintain proper inventory levels of OEM and aftermarket parts.
• Manage the schedule and performance of the parts department staff.
• Maintain merchandise levels and presentation on the parts department sales floor.
• Use computer systems to efficiently search for and source parts.
• Complete online service schools to become certified in the brands we carry and service.
• Communicate professionally with suppliers and warranty departments via phone and email.
• Work closely with other departments and management to prioritize parts availability.
• Accurately calculate profit margins when pricing parts orders.
• Collect payments from customers at the time of order and pickup.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a parts manager role.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with parts lookup and inventory systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to complete manufacturer certification programs.
• Experience with profit calculation and point-of-sale transactions.
