Our client, a premier subspecialty orthopaedic practice on the Delmarva Peninsula, is actively seeking a Fellowship-Trained Orthopaedic Traumatologist to join our well-established and high-performing team. Since 1952, they have delivered exceptional musculoskeletal care to patients across the region. With the continued expansion of our trauma service line and growing alignment with a regional health system, we are recruiting a second orthopaedic traumatologist to help shape the future of orthopaedic trauma care in our community.
Practice Overview: - Join a collegial, forward-thinking team of 15 Physicians and 23 PAs/NPs
- Existing fellowship-trained orthopaedic traumatologist and robust trauma PA team provide 24/7 coverage
- Broad orthopaedic subspecialty support including Adult Reconstruction, Hand, Shoulder, Spine, Sports Medicine, and non-operative Podiatry
- State-of-the-art facilities including:
- High-volume, high-efficiency ASC with MakoRobotics
- In-house Physical Therapy and Durable Medical Equipment
- Opportunities to participate in system-wide quality initiatives and trauma care optimization
