Prior experience in trade compliance business processes across multiple countries;" 8+ years of experience and deep knowledge of Oracle EBS Support, Maintenance & Enhancements Extensive experience in Technical design, development on Oracle GTM Need to be proficient in Advanced PL/SQL, Oracle BI Reports, Interfaces Should be able to work in onsite/offshore model 70% functional knowledge, 30% technical knowledge Roles & Responsibilities

• Production support and enhancements in a techno-functional role
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle GTM applications.
• Provide hands-on technical, functional & development support for implemented GTM modules.
• Gather and document business requirements on IT incidents and change work.
• Document and manage technical specifications and software packages.
• People with excellent communication skills are preferred. Ability to communicate with Business users on Business processes is a must.
• Configure and deploy Oracle GTM solutions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze global trade compliance requirements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, logistics, and legal, to integrate GTM solutions seamlessly into existing systems.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, integration setups, and business processes.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud GTM modules and their configurations.
• Proficiency in Oracle Cloud technologies, SQL, PL/SQL, data integration, reports, workflows etc.
• Experience with integration tools and techniques for connecting GTM with other systems.
