Position Summary

Provide responsible support to the staff of Genetics and Rehabilitative Medicine.

Required Education

High School education or equivalent

Required Experience

4 years of general office experience.

Required Licenses

Demonstrate organizational skills with ability to work independently under pressure or deadlines, prioritize work, interact well with co?workers, follow?through on assignments, organize and carry out multiple responsibilities with limited direct supervision.

Requires good oral and written communication skills; knowledge of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation; and ability to handle matters of confidentiality.

Ability and desire to learn new computer applications and share knowledge with co?workers.

Experience in a position that involved medical transcription and handling phone calls from patients and health care providers.
