Financial Advisor On Call: On Site Position in Largo Florida

What we are looking for:

We are seeking a highly organized, flexible and detail-oriented person to join our team. You will have an important role in supporting our daily operations and aiding the smooth functioning of our business. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong computer literacy, and the ability to multitask effectively, and require minimal supervision. We want you to feel empowered and be resourceful.

Important:

A % of the work week is conducive to working remote. If you must have a fixed remote schedule, then this position will not be a good fit. We understand and are proponents of work/life balance. At the same time, we are entering a period of growth and home office staff need to be present on site for a majority of workdays. Please check your commute time before applying.

Responsibilities: This is a general list. Duties are fluid in nature. We are a small company where we all roll up our sleeves, fill multiple roles and assist where needed.

  • Assist the team with operating a successful company.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as responding to emails, and managing correspondence and customer service.
  • Assist team. Our team includes marketing, operations, sales, financial Advisors, trainers' analytics, commissions and more...
  • Attend meetings and provide team with a summary including action items and follow-ups
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an executive/administrative/office assistant
  • High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Ability to learn an expanding array of applications including Zoom, Thinkrific, WordPress, Smartsheets, Trello, Hotjar and Emoney.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Report status of team’s action items
