About the Role:

We are seeking a board-certified OBGYN Medical Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will provide clinical expertise to support the development, implementation, and evaluation of womens health programs, policies, and medical content. You will work cross-functionally with product teams, clinical operations, policy makers, and other stakeholders to ensure medical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and a patient-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on obstetrics and gynecology across internal departments.
  • Review and develop clinical protocols, patient education materials, and digital health content.
  • Advise on clinical strategy and innovations in maternal-fetal health, contraception, reproductive health, and menopause management.
  • Collaborate with government agencies, advocacy groups, or healthcare organizations on womens health initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to federal and state regulations, including ACOG, CDC, and FDA guidelines.
  • Provide insight on research studies, clinical trials, and healthcare data analytics.
  • Participate in internal audits, peer reviews, and clinical advisory boards as needed.

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO with board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
  • Active medical license (Washington, DC preferred or ability to obtain).
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in OBGYN practice.
  • Experience in clinical advisory, public health, medical affairs, or healthcare consulting is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of reproductive health policies and emerging trends in womens health.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate medical knowledge into actionable strategies.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MPH, MBA, or equivalent public health or business experience.
  • Experience with health tech platforms, telemedicine, or digital health tools.
  • Involvement with advocacy or policy organizations focused on maternal or reproductive health.
