*Care Plus TLC is searching for Licensed Practical Nurses or Registered Nurses to join our team! This position is for you if you have a valid LPN license in the state of Michigan, live in the Grand Rapids or surrounding area, and are looking to pick up day shifts! Wage for LPN's is $34.00/hour and RN pay is $42/hr and pays WEEKLY. We currently have both part-time and PRN shifts available! 8 hour shift times are 7a-3p 8-16 hours per week. ( Saturdays and Tuesdays)*

*Responsibilities*
* Take and record vital signs
* Monitor patient’s condition and report changes/concerns to appropriate medical professionals and family members
* Provide Activities of Daily Living care as outlined in the Care Plan-bathing, dressing, feeding, etc.
* Tube feed/ tube feed care
* cough assist and suctioning needs
* Provide emotional and psychological support when needed
* Administer prescribed medications including injections, enemas/suppositories, etc as ordered by Physician
* hoyer transfers
*Skills*
* *1 year experience as a nurse*
* Familiarity with home health, safety and sanitation standards and procedures
* Understanding of confidentiality and Privacy Laws and nursing best practices
* Adequate knowledge of medical terminology
* Ability to learn electronic verification charting software
* Ability to turn and reposition patients
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Compassionate and able to handle tough situations as needed
* LPN/RN License
Job Types: Part-time, Per diem
Pay: $34.00 - $42.00 per hour
