Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Nephrology Clinic team. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and working collaboratively with our team of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results
Prescribe medications and other treatments as needed
Educate patients and their families on kidney disease management and prevention
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Iowa
Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
Nurse Practitioner Board Certification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
