Nephrologist

Successful practice of 3 providers (2 nephrologists and a dedicated NP).  Well established practice in the suburbs of Louisville KY.  Practice has 7 dialysis centers with DaVita. Interventional procedures performed at the local hospital.  

J1 (visa) waiver sponsor available!

Requirements:

• BC/BE Nephrology
• KY license, or eligible
