Job Description

We are a fast-growing, physician-led nephrology practice consisting of 5 board-certified nephrologists serving a diverse patient population. Our practice provides comprehensive kidney care across multiple settings including outpatient clinic, dialysis centers, inpatient hospital services, and ancillary practice programs. We are seeking a General Nephrologist to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to practice full-scope nephrology in a supportive, collaborative environment with shared call responsibilities. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nephrology care in the outpatient clinic, including evaluation, diagnosis, and management of chronic kidney disease, hypertension, and related conditions. Perform hospital rounds and manage acute kidney injury, ESRD, transplant, and critical care nephrology cases. Oversee and manage patients in dialysis units (in-center and home modalities). Participate in ancillary practice services such as vascular access, CKD education programs, and chronic care management. Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and dialysis staff to ensure continuity of care. Participate in a rotating call schedule shared among 5 nephrologists (weekly call rotation). Contribute to practice growth, quality improvement, and patient safety initiatives. Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency and Nephrology fellowship. Board certified or board eligible in Nephrology. Current unrestricted medical license in Texas. DEA license in good standing. Strong clinical skills with a commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care. Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
