Overview

Dive Bomb Industries and Flop Industries are seeking a talented, motivated Multimedia Producer to join our creative team in Hazelwood, Missouri. This is a full-time, on-site role with travel required for location shoots, events, and field content.

As a Multimedia Producer, you’ll be responsible for capturing and editing compelling photo and video content for both brands—from product photography and marketing campaigns to dynamic, short-form video storytelling in the field.

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit high-quality product, lifestyle, and studio photography
• Produce a variety of video content: YouTube videos, product overviews, social media reels, and event coverage
• Support product launches and seasonal campaigns with visual content
• Travel for hunts, fishing trips, trade shows, and other on-location shoots
• Operate drones to capture aerial content for marketing and campaigns
• Work with the creative and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency
• Organize and manage content in an efficient archive system
• Adapt to fast-paced timelines and shifting creative priorities

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Lightroom
• Strong photo and video editing skills
• Experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and audio gear
• Skilled in drone operation
• Understanding of content trends on Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
• Passion for hunting, fishing, or outdoor content is a major plus
