Genesis10 is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Funcitional Consultant - MRP for a contract with our client in St. Paul, MN. 50% Remote. Job Description: We are seeking an experienced ERP Business Analyst to join our implementation team, focusing on MRP (Planning, Scheduling, and Procurement). This role will collaborate with Application Consultants, Subject Matter Experts, and Process Owners to support cutover and hypercare phases of our ERP implementation. Post-project, the successful candidate will work closely with the business on enhancement and support activities across the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment. During the hypercare phase, you will provide on-site support at our plant, offering MS Dynamics 365-specific assistance while working alongside plant resources and functional plant consultants. Key Responsibilities: Program Focus Undergo comprehensive training on the new ERP system and related software Learn the new ERP system through familiarization training provided by our implementation partner Support cutover by providing front-line support to key users and end users Set up additional training sessions for employees, identifying personnel and tailoring sessions to their specific needs Ongoing Role Conduct business analysis activities as defined by the project Provide Level 2 support for the D365 environment to end users Perform and/or coordinate configuration and development work on future D365 initiatives Common Scenarios You'll Address Explaining data flow through the system Guiding users through sales order processing and shipping procedures in MS Dynamics 365 Assisting with batch location and identification in the system Confirming transactions and suggesting edits as needed Supporting users with various D365-specific processes and workflows Required Basic Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in a combination of: Manufacturing, purchasing, or supply chain business roles ERP support or implementation (order to cash, procure to pay, or inventory control) Working with user communities on training and documentation Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations experience Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $70.00-$90.00 We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
