We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics 365 Developer with experience across CRM, powerapps and other microsoft applications.

Responsibilities:

• Customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 by creating entities, relationships, forms, reports, and web resources to meet business requirements.
• Design, develop, test, and document integrations, data migrations, and solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online platform.
• Develop interfaces and integrations between CRM, related systems, and third-party software, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
• Write, test, and debug plugins and custom workflow activities for Microsoft Dynamics 365, utilizing the plugin registration tool effectively.
• Provide technical support for complex issues, offering timely solutions to maintain system integrity and user satisfaction.
• Accurately estimate the effort required for new development tasks, contributing to project planning and execution.
• Lead development activities related to Microsoft updates, ensuring compatibility and leveraging new features.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for CRM solution deployments, promoting efficient and reliable development cycles.
• Engage in all phases of the SDLC, including design, development, unit testing, and deployment, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Skills/Experience Required:

• Strong CRM industry knowledge and in-depth product expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Proven experience customizing Dynamics 365 with entities, relationships, forms, and web resources.
• Capability to develop, test, and document solutions, integrations, and data migrations within the Dynamics 365 platform.
• Proficiency in writing plugins and troubleshooting Dynamics 365 custom workflow activities.
• Familiarity with creating application integrations using WCF and Web API.
• Preferred experience with C#/.Net, PowerApps, Power Automate (Flow), Power BI, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience developing both canvas and model-driven PowerApps.
• Highly valued experience in building Office 365 solutions, including Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, Power BI, and Dynamics.
• Ability to lead code-related activities for Microsoft updates and manage deployment processes.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
