The primary purpose of this full time position is to provide direct services to adults with mental illness in individual and group settings, both site based and in the community. Services focus on establishing goals that are personally meaningful to the person receiving treatment, develop skills and achieve a quality of living that is based on each person’s vision of recovery.
_This position is Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm, has the option of 9 hour days Monday-Thursday and working until noon on Friday. This is a remote position that will require a home office._
Job Duties:
* Appointments scheduled in a timely manner. Implements identified goals through skills training and communicates in a positive, respectful, strength based manner.
* Encourages and facilitates a person's recovery/growth/healing and independence.
* Empower the individual to engage in meaningful activities/skills building that assist in rebuilding their sense of “self” and their recovery process.
* Complete assessments necessary and defined by the Department of Human Services.
Requirements:
* Must meet the requirements of a Mental Health Practitioner as defined by DHS.
* Travel will be required, sometimes in inclement weather.
* Must obtain/maintain Productivity Encounters of 15 per week, 60 per month, and 700 per year.
