At The View, we’re on a mission to revolutionize how real estate is marketed, sold, and experienced. We partner with the country’s leading developers and property managers to bring their communities to life through stunning visuals, interactive tours, and smart technology. Now, we’re building something brand-new—an innovative, stealth-mode startup under our umbrella—aimed at reshaping how people explore and lease homes. We’re looking for someone who wants to take that spark of an idea and scale it into something that changes the industry for good.

What You’ll Do

• Own our digital presence: Manage and grow all marketing channels including email, social media, digital advertising, and our websites (yes, plural!).

• Create content that connects: Oversee content strategy and production—from case studies and blogs to social campaigns and video content.

• Drive performance: Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns that convert.

• Bring us to life IRL: Coordinate our presence at key industry conferences and events.

• Shape the brand: Help guide our voice, visual identity, and positioning as we scale—across both our main company and our stealth-mode startup.

• Support go-to-market: Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to craft campaigns that move the needle and support client education and adoption.

• Measure what matters: Track KPIs and report on campaign performance to help us double down on what works.⸻

Who You Are

• You’ve worked in real estate, multifamily, or proptech — maybe at a property management company, developer, or tech platform.

• You’re a strategic thinker and a hands-on doer—you love both the planning and the executing.

• You have experience across digital channels, including email, paid social, and content marketing.

• You’re visual, verbal, and creative—and you know how to tell stories that spark interest and drive action.

• You’re obsessed with good branding and believe that strong creative is a growth driver.

• You’re comfortable in fast-moving environments, juggling projects, and collaborating cross-functionally.

• You’re hungry to grow something and be part of a team doing things differently.
