Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Marketing Events Assistant to support our event marketing team. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting and impactful events, assisting in the planning and execution of campaigns that leave a lasting impression on audiences and clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with event planning and execution to ensure smooth operations and outstanding results.

• Support marketing campaigns and events from conception to post-event evaluation.

• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, and production) to ensure seamless integration of all event components.

• Handle event logistics, including venue coordination, setup, and breakdown .

• Manage event registrations , track attendee participation, and assist with on-site activities.

• Help with creating event materials, including signage, promotional items, and attendee handouts.

• Assist with vendor management and liaise with external partners to ensure all event needs are met.

• Gather feedback from clients, attendees, and team members to assess the success of events and suggest improvements for future campaigns.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Communications , Public Relations , or a related field (preferred).

• Prior event planning or marketing experience is a plus but not required.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills .

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.

• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment and the ability to thrive under pressure.
