We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Marketing Events Assistant to support our event marketing team. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting and impactful events, assisting in the planning and execution of campaigns that leave a lasting impression on audiences and clients. Assist with event planning and execution to ensure smooth operations and outstanding results.
Support marketing campaigns and events from conception to post-event evaluation.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, and production) to ensure seamless integration of all event components.
Handle event logistics, including venue coordination, setup, and breakdown .
Manage event registrations , track attendee participation, and assist with on-site activities.
Help with creating event materials, including signage, promotional items, and attendee handouts.
Assist with vendor management and liaise with external partners to ensure all event needs are met.
Gather feedback from clients, attendees, and team members to assess the success of events and suggest improvements for future campaigns.
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Communications , Public Relations , or a related field (preferred).
Prior event planning or marketing experience is a plus but not required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills .
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.
Adaptability in a fast-paced environment and the ability to thrive under pressure.
