We are looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator Affiliate for our Online Activation team.
As a Marketing Coordinator Affiliate, you will be responsible for reviewing lead data, monthly reporting, new partner research and outreach, coverage management, and assisting the Affiliate Manager with quality reviews. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating important affiliate information and communicating those updates as needed.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail oriented, and have a working knowledge regarding affiliate partnerships, optimizations and prospecting. The candidate must have a customer service mentality to be successful in this role. The ability to learn new software quickly is also a must.
This is a remote position with travel to Tampa or Dallas metro offices required as business needs dictate for in person meetings. What You'll Do: - Assist affiliate manager with lead quality reviews
- Monitor affiliate partners for ad compliance
- Completion of all reporting related to affiliate payouts
- Affiliate maintenance and quality control
- Manage and track coverages and communicate changes
- Monitor/Review inbound call recordings across legal verticals
- Assist with affiliate onboarding and setup
- Research and screen potential new partners
- Perform preliminary screening of new affiliates and schedule introductory calls
- Complete special projects as assigned
What We're Looking For: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication is required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required
- Ability to adapt to and learn new technologies and software quickly is required
- Working knowledge of affiliate marketing within legal lead generation industry is preferred
- Experience working with large scale lead generation accounts is preferred
