A revolutionary financial services organization in the Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood area is seeking a bright talent to join their marketing team as a Marketing Specialist. This is an entry-level role with the ability to utilize the digital marketing concepts and strategies you've acquired; social media, email marketing, SEO and more.



Responsibilities:

• Digital Marketing Strategy:
• Assist the digital marketing team in developing and executing strategies that leverage social media, email marketing, and SEO to increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation.
• Social Media Management:
• Support the management and growth of our social media presence across multiple platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Pinterest, by helping create and curate relevant, high-quality content.
• Email Marketing:
• Assist in the development, implementation, and management of email marketing campaigns to engage subscribers, nurture leads, and increase conversions.
• SEO Optimization:
• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
• Performance Analysis:
• Work with the digital marketing team to analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, social media analytics, and email marketing analytics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of success.

• Recent college graduate with a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good social, oral, and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software).
