Maintenance Technician - Moxy Hotel

What You'll Be Doing:

• Fixing & Repairing: Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues throughout the hotel.
• Keeping It Running: Perform routine preventative maintenance to keep equipment and facilities in top shape.
• Problem-Solving Like a Pro: Quickly respond to maintenance requests and guest concerns with efficiency and a smile.
• Safety First: Ensure all work meets safety standards and compliance regulations.
• Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Collaborate with housekeeping, front desk, and leadership to keep operations seamless.
• Keeping It Stocked: Maintain tools, supplies, and inventory to ensure the team is always ready to tackle any issue.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 2+ years in maintenance, facilities, or a related field (hotel experience is a plus!).
• Problem-Solving Skills: You love troubleshooting and finding solutions fast.
• Technical Know-How: Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Flexibility: Nights, weekends, and holidays are part of the hospitality world, and you're ready for the challenge.
• Team Player Attitude: You thrive in a collaborative environment and take pride in keeping everything running smoothly.
