Job Description

MAINTENANCE POSITION

Join our team at Jan Werner Adult Day Care! We are seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to help maintain our facility, fleet vehicles, and grounds. This position plays an important role in keeping our center safe, functional, and welcoming for staff and participants. Duties:

Service brakes and perform routine maintenance on fleet vehicles, including cars and lift-equipped vans
Provide light building maintenance, repairs, and upkeep
Maintain grounds, including yard work and snow removal
Perform all other duties as required to support the facility and program

Minimum Qualifications:

Good moral and social characteristics
Good mental and physical health
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting
Aptitude for learning new skills
Ability to work under supervision and follow instructions
Ability to work cooperatively with others
Pleasing manner and good personality characteristics

Other Details:

Able to lift up to 100 lbs.
Full-time, part-time, or temporary positions may be available
