Logistics Manager

Are you a seasoned logistics professional with a strong background in managing complex supply chain operations? We are seeking a Logistics Manager with at least 7 years of recent experience to lead and optimize our logistics functions.

Must have strong import/export background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire logistics and supply chain process, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of inbound and outbound shipments, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with suppliers, distributors, and internal teams to ensure smooth and effective operations.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as necessary to meet business objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of recent experience as a Logistics Manager, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and transportation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software and technology.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
