Job Description & Requirements A 450-bed hospital with a level III NICU, 60-bed NICU, and 90-day creds is seeking a neonatal perinatal nurse practitioner for locum tenens coverage.
Sample traditional New Mexican cuisine, experience world-class museums, stroll along Central Avenue under the glow of Route 66 or soar high above the city in the hot air ballooning capital of the world - all in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
The position requires coverage for an average daily census (ADC) of 40 patients, with a typical workload of 5 to 8 patients per day. Clinicians will need to be proficient in intubation, umbilical line placements, and lumbar punctures. While experience in PICC line placement and circumcisions would be beneficial, these skills are not mandatory. There are 12-hour shifts available for both day and night coverage, providing flexibility in scheduling while ensuring comprehensive patient care.
