The schedule is 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM with an 8-hour guarantee, and call coverage from 3:00 PM to 7:00 AM on weekdays and 24 hours on weekends. The provider will take call every night and weekend while on assignment, with a required 20-minute response time. There is no post-call day off or additional pay for call. Case types include General, Endo, Peds, Urology, ENT, and Ophthalmology, and the provider must be proficient in spinals, blocks, and epidurals. EMR is Medaxion. This is an all-CRNA, solo-provider modelCRNA must be comfortable working independently as the only anesthesia provider on site. The facility has 25 beds, 2 OR suites, and sees about 650 cases per year.
