Job Function:
\nPrepare and dispense medications accurately and in a timely manner.
\nProvide pharmacological information and support to the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
\nMonitor patient drug therapies and recommend adjustments based on clinical guidelines and patient-specific factors.
\nResolve questions related to formulary and non-formulary medications in accordance with established policies and procedures.
\nOffer dosing and therapeutic recommendations that reflect patient age and pharmacokinetic considerations.
