WCS is seeking Certified Surgical Tech for a local contract at hospital in NY.

Job Function:

\n

• Day Shift.
\n
• 5x8:11am-7pm.
\n

• Prepare operating rooms by setting up surgical instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies.

  \n
\n

• Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments, maintaining sterile fields, and anticipating needs.

  \n
\n

• Ensure proper sterilization, handling, and maintenance of surgical tools and equipment.

  \n
\n

• Verify patient identity, procedure details, and ensure adherence to safety and infection-control protocols.

  \n
\n

• Handle specimens, manage surgical counts, and document all intraoperative activities accurately.

  \n
\n

\n

\n

Job Requirements:

\n

• 2 years of CST RN experience is required.  \n
\n
• BLS,, certifications from the American Heart Association are required.\n
\n
• EPIC experience preferred.
\n
