Job Title: LMS Administrator (US Citizen Only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain the LMS, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.
• Develop and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions.
• Create and upload course content, materials, and assessments.
• Monitor and report on user engagement and course completion metrics.
• Provide technical support and training to users on LMS features and functionalities.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to enhance course offerings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the LMS.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in e-learning and LMS management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience managing an LMS or similar e-learning platform.
• Proficiency in LMS software (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard, TalentLMS).
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with instructional design principles and e-learning development tools is a plus.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
