Job Description
Maryland Treatment Centers Inc. is currently seeking a Full-Time Live in Recovery House Manager for our Recovery Home locations in Baltimore, MD!
The ideal candidate would be responsible for the following;
*Maintain Sober Living Program with clients
* Provide live-in supervision to sober living residents
* Monitor client recovery activities
* Provide resources for clients in all areas of daily living (i.e. recovery
meetings, volunteer work, and employment).
*Supervise clientele in assignment of duties that contributes to upkeep
of the living space.
Requirements
High School Diploma
Experience in substance abuse field
Excellent customer service skills required
Must be able to maintain a professional composure when confronted by demanding personalities
High attention to detail and alertness
Able to remain organized under a high volume of work and/or distractions
Drive, tenacity, flexibility, and confidence
Enthusiasm, open-mindedness, & integrity required
Acceptance of patients lifestyles
Ability to remain calm in emergency situations
