Job Title: Live Event Producer

Employment Type: Full Time, 40 hours/week

Opportunity  

We are seeking a highly skilled Live Event Producer who will play a pivotal role in the success of our live events. The Live Event Producer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of event production, including logistics, technology, equipment, production staff, content, and more. 

Responsibilities: 

Equipment and Budget Management: 

• Purchase or rent necessary equipment and resources for live events. 

• Manage the event budget efficiently to ensure cost-effectiveness. 

Talent and Guest Collaboration: 

• Collaborate closely with talent, Christian leaders, and special guests to coordinate their participation in the event. 

• Ensure their needs and requirements are met. 

Event Programming: 

• Utilize specialized production software to program and manage various aspects of the event, including scheduling, transitions, and visual content. 

Video Production: 

• Handle live event video production, including camera setup, live switching, and video editing. 

• Edit short videos to be featured during the event. 

Audio Expertise: 

• Edit and optimize audio to ensure high-quality sound during live events. 

• Possess a strong understanding of live event audio, visual, and lighting systems. 

Technical Proficiency: 

• Demonstrate proficiency in software tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Excel, Teams, and presentation software. 

Flexible Schedule: 

• Required variable working hours, including weekends, and travel as needed for event setup and execution. 

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of live event production experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful event productions. 

• Proven leadership track record in managing event teams and resources. 

• Faith-based event production experience is a plus, as it aligns with our mission and values. 

• Proficiency in event production software and tools, including but not limited to Adobe Creative Cloud, specialized production software, and video editing software. 

• Strong technical expertise in audio, visual, and lighting systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and ensure flawless execution during live events. 

• Exceptional organizational skills to coordinate logistics, equipment, and team members effectively. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with talent, special guests, and internal teams. 

• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality control and the ability to deliver high-quality audio and video content. 

• Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends, and travel as required for event setup and execution. 

• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset to anticipate and address potential challenges during live events. 

• Strong project management skills to oversee multiple aspects of event production simultaneously. 

• Bachelor's degree in event management, media production, or a related field (preferred).
