Job Description

Defense Litigation Paralegal – 100% Remote Base pay range: $60,000 – $80,000 per year Responsibilities Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation matters, from inception through discovery and trial. Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare reports to support case preparation. Manage and organize large volumes of documents, including medical records, discovery documents, and other case‑related files. Coordinate and manage timelines for court filings and case events. Assist with deposition preparation, trial preparation, and document review. Communicate effectively with clients, court officials, and other legal professionals. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal, preferably in Insurance Defense and Civil Litigation. A degree or certificate in Paralegal Studies from an accredited institution. Strong knowledge of federal and state court rules and procedures. Excellent research, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in the use of legal research tools and litigation support software. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. Must be a resident of Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, or Colorado.
