JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is seeking a seasoned Business Litigation Legal Practice Assistant to support the Office Chair of an AM 100 law firm. We are looking for a traditional legal secretary (5+ years) with experience calendaring, making travel arrangements, opening new matters, assisting with conflicts, assisting with billing, and e-filing both in state and federal courts. The ideal candidate would have strong commercial litigation experience. Candidates should be comfortable reminding the attorneys to respond to emails, sending calendar updates weekly/monthly, and ask questions as needed. This is a full-time opportunity (37.5hrs/weekly) role is hybrid, 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home 9AM - 5:30PM.
