About the Role

As a Showing Agent with The Nickley Group , you’ll be the friendly face who helps clients experience homes in person. You’ll work closely with our experienced agents to make every showing smooth, exciting, and memorable — all while learning the ins and outs of what it takes to become a top producer.

$25 hourly

What You’ll Do

• Show homes to active buyers and help them fall in love with the right one
• Communicate with clients, schedule appointments, and manage showing logistics
• Support lead agents in preparing listings and coordinating client experiences
• Learn from top producers through mentorship, training, and real-world experience
• Build your pipeline and prepare to transition into a full-time sales agent role

Who You Are

• Passionate about real estate and eager to grow into a full-time agent role
• Energetic, personable, and confident in client-facing situations
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and great at managing schedules and communication
• Licensed (or in the process of getting licensed) in Florida
• Ready to work hard, learn fast, and have fun doing it!
