As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), you will provide virtual mental health services while having the flexibility to manage your own schedule and grow your private practice. Headway supports clinicians by handling insurance credentialing, billing, and offering marketing assistance, allowing you to focus on patient care. This role requires a valid LPC license and offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $90 to $127.

Wage: Between $90-$127 an hour

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and it’s up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home. We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:
