LPNs work under the direction/supervision of a Registered Professional Nurse, within the realm of accepted standards of practice for a Licensed Practical Nurse. The RN/LPN Team ensures the overall patient condition is cared for by completing such tasks as complex wound care and providing appropriate education and resources to the patient/caregivers, allowing them to manage their conditions and remain in their own home. Job Requirements Education Required: Graduate of an approved License Practical Nursing program Experience Required: Minimum six (6) months work as a practical/vocational nurse within the last three (3) years in a hospital, nursing home or home care setting. Skills Ability to provide reliable transportation as required by nature of position. Licensure/Certification/Registration Required: MO LPN License Required: BLS must be obtained within 90 days Required: Active Driver's License
