Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Licensed Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling insurance policies to new and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. This is an in-office job Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable products
- Sell various types of insurance policies, including life, health, auto, and home insurance
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met
- Process policy renewals, updates, and claims efficiently
- Provide accurate and timely quotes to potential clients
- Stay updated on insurance industry trends and regulations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an insurance role and sales administration or a related field
- Property & Casualty License preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex insurance policies clearly
- Multilingual abilities, especially proficiency in Spanish, is a plus
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building lasting client relationships
- Experience in outside sales, insurance sales, retail sales, or a related field is advantageous
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations are beneficial
