Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Lead Product Owner to drive the planning and execution of our go-to-market strategy for digital transformation initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences and manage product features effectively.

Responsibilities

• Own the backlog of features for digital products impacting customers and associates, creating a comprehensive go-to-market strategy and plan.
• Develop and manage a cross-functional execution plan for rolling out new product features across digital channels.
• Collaborate with product managers and technology teams to prepare for the release of new features, ensuring alignment with the go-to-market plan.
• Partner with key stakeholders to build out a go-to-market plan that includes marketing, corporate communications, training, operations, and customer service.
• Drive product objectives with business outcomes, utilizing design thinking, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
• Communicate desired future states across relevant departments and functional groups.
• Craft epics, features, and user stories for enterprise capabilities, working directly with delivery teams to deliver value.
• Coordinate and manage resources and activities to maximize impact and overall return on investment.
• Analyze customer feedback to identify successes and areas for improvement in the product and customer experience.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years managing digital experiences across web and mobile channels.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to think strategically and develop product roadmaps.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate messages to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving, and conflict management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with transformation programs and organizing large efforts into achievable deliverables.
• Familiarity with Agile SAFe environments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Aha, and Azure DevOps.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
