· Complete the EPFR application
· Complete your NTN testing and choose EPFR as a department
· Complete the candidate PHQ, Public Safety Self-Assessment (PSSA), AND the standard pre-recorded interview prior to the close date. You can access the assessments through your NTN candidate account.
· Meet all requirements listed below
Job Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of continuous service as a professional FF with no greater than a 6-month gap of employment prior to the first day of employment with EPFR
Certifications: EMT-B or EMT-P, IFSAC Firefighter I and Firefighter II certifications
Age: 21 by hire date
Citizenship Required: Legally authorized to work in the United States and able to present documentation of such
High School Grad/GED: Yes
Valid Driver's License: Yes
Ability to Read/Speak English: Yes
Additional Information: Candidates receiving conditional offers of employment must meet all minimum physical, medical, and suitability standards for firefighter including CPAT, medical exam, drug screening, psychological assessment, and background investigation with criminal history and driving record.

NOW OFFERING TESTING VOUCHERS!
We offer vouchers to cover the fee of a new test. There are no financial criteria to receive a voucher. AFTER completing the online application, email human resources to request a voucher. We will reply within 72 hours. If you have applied online and meet the district's job requirements, you will receive the voucher number via email. Please note, vouchers will only be offered through March 27, 2025.
